Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Free from damage caused by misuse.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jv4329989@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
